What we do

We train people in the art of mindfulness, a technique designed to help individuals lead happier, healthier, de-stressed and more resilient lives.

Our flexible approach to this preventative stress relief helps improve overall wellbeing, and is tailored to the needs of each individual.


To achieve this we offer both group mindfulness sessions and bespoke, one-to-one packages, which can be conducted with us here at our peaceful rural retreat in mid Wales, online or at your workplace.


We also offer mindful walking at stunning Lake Vyrnwy - just a five-minute drive from our retreat -  and at other locations in mid Wales.
